Introduction:

Hot Dip Tinning Machine can continuously tinning the copper wire.Immerse the copper with a clean surface in the molten tin solution at high temperature (the solid tin is melted by heating), and use the physical reaction at the interface to strengthen and form a layer of tin on the surface through extrusion process. 3.Advantages:

1)The tin plating part of the hot dip tinning machine with an auxiliary pickling tank and a double-pot tin tank.

2)Tinning channel center has ceramic guiding wheel, the wheel base can turn 120°, easy to thread wire.

3)Temperature control: K type thermocouple measure temperature, digital temperature-controlled meter to control temperature automatic. When working, only need to set the temperature of tinning channel as the technique process, the control meter will control the temperature in certain degree, control rang 0-400℃.

4)Haul off speed is controlled by separate inverter, stepless speed regulation, the haul off speed is the line speed.

5)Individual traversing type, servo motor controlled. Speed and traversing distance can be adjusted.
