As our production has now returned to normal, the production of 630 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine is progressing smoothly in the workshop. The main frame structure and electrical control system have already been completed, and the machine has now entered the final detailed assembly stage. Our engineers are currently focusing on the installation and adjustment of the remaining components to ensure the equipment meets all technical and quality standards before testing and delivery.

This 630 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine is mainly used for the production of steel-core aluminum stranded conductors, sector-shaped compacted conductors, and round conductors. It has the function of stranding 30 wires at the same speed and in the same direction.
This 630 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine has a wide wire diameter range, which can stranding copper wires from Φ1.5–Φ4.8 mm and aluminum wires from Φ1.8–Φ5.0 mm, with a maximum stranded outer diameter of Φ35 mm. This machine mainly consists of end-shaft pay-off , well-type wire guide rack, 12 and 18 stranding cage, main motor, main reducer, 36-speed gearbox, 2000 double wheels haul-off, end-shaft take-up, transmission system. To guarantee stable performance during high-speed production, the machine adopts a rigid frame structure with double support, improving overall strength and operational stability. The main drive system is powered by a 90 kW AC variable frequency motor, combined with a reliable transmission system to ensure smooth and precise stranding performance.

With the core systems already installed, the project is now moving steadily toward completion. Once the final assembly work is finished, the machine will undergo comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance before shipment.
We look forward to completing this 630 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine soon and delivering it to our customer to support efficient and reliable conductor production.
