3.Advantages:
1) The frame wire drawing machine frame is made of Q235 welded in one piece and is composed of a standard wire drawing machine.
2) The machine body is made of Q235 welded in one piece and is annealed to eliminate internal stress and is non-deformable; precision coaxial boring and flat surface processing.
3) Wire Traversing mechanism: 1000W servo (Delta) motor is used as the wire Traversing power, and the gearbox drives the ball screw (Hiwin) to control the movement of the wire Transmission rod. The precision slide rail (Hiwin) is assembled in parallel, which is sensitive to response. The 4 sliders support the wire Traversing stably, which can ensure good wire arrangement quality.
