Description
1. Application:
By connecting the anode and cathode to a DC power supply, these three and the electroplating solution form a closed circuit, causing the silver ions in the electroplating solution to move directionally. Under the action of the current, the silver ions react chemically with the copper wire to obtain metallic silver and then evenly adsorbed on the surface of the copper wire.
This machine is used for silver plating of 0.6-1.38mm copper wire.

4. Advantage:

(2) The electrical control of the entire silver plating production line has been connected with cables. To prevent transport damage, the switch cabinet and control panel are reconnected when the production line is installed.
(3) The Pay-off and Take-up bobbin can be customized according to customer requirements and can automatically stop when the wire breaks.
