Description
1. Application:
This machine is used to produce 0.2-0.4mm PV Ribbons, and the finished products can be used to connect cells on solar panels.

4. Machine Characteristic:
(1) Pay-off machine body stable, no deformation, equipped with safety cover. Power pay-off, PID tension control is a precise, timely adjustment, to avoid the phenomenon of disordered wires.
(2) Annealing cooling adopts the external circulation method, and the water temperature is controlled at about 40-45°C.
(3) Separate positioning design between the tinning module and the tin furnace, the wire tinning process does not interfere with each other. Heating control adopts temperature control sensor, and electric control independent control.
(4) The take-up machine is equipped with functions such as a full bobbin alarm, wire disconnection alarm, automatic alarm when the meter is reached, etc.
