3.Advantages:
1)The concentricity of wire is more than 90%, with high precision ±0.03.
2)Barrel and screw is made of 38CRMOAIA alloy steel, which has high rigidity, good anti-corrosive performance and is rather durable.
3) It can be equipment with triple co-extrusion crosshead to produce three or double layers cable.
4)Electrical control:PLC with touch screen.
5)Each of the cooling section for body with one cooling fan. When temperature is too high, machine will stop heating then cooling fan will start work automatically.
6)The machine head is made of imported heat-resistant anti-corrosion alloy steel. After nitriding treatment, the surface is plated with hard chrome.
7)Temperature controlled: intelligent digital type, temperature can be set freely with range 0-399℃. Accuracy ±1℃, easily operation.
