With the full support and cooperation of our workshop team, Mentors successfully completed the assembly of the Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine ahead of schedule. With final testing now complete, it’s ready for shipment and will be on its way to South America before the Chinese New Year. The machine is all set to be installed and start performing as soon as it arrives. The Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine is mainly used for drawing aluminum wire from 9.5mm to 1.7~4.5mm. This machine is composed of wire pay-off, wire drawing main unit, wire storage device, dual-spool take-up, gear lubrication and cooling system and other components.
The Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine has following advantages.
1.The wire drawing gearbox features an integrated cast housing. The helical gears inside are made of 20CrMnTi steel, carburized and quenched, with hardened gear surfaces.
2.To prevent the die from being ejected from the die holder during an emergency stop, an anti-reverse clutch mechanism is installed in the input shaft pulley. This design effectively avoids wire breakage when restarting the machine.
3.Both the capstan and the die holder use a dual lubrication system, combining immersion and splash methods.
4.The dual-spooltake-up is controlled by air pressure, which ensures that spool changing can be carried out without stopping the machine.
The Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine is mainly used to draw aluminum rods into thin wires. Before using the Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine, make sure it is well-lubricated and all parts are aligned. Do not run it too fast, keep hands away from moving parts, watch the lubrication system, and check the machine regularly to keep it safe and working well.
