2. For stranding machines, there are main two types. In a sub-motor drive system, each cage and traction is driven separately. As for the shaft drive system, all cages and traction are driven by one motor through the earth shaft. Also, we confirmed the pay-off and take-up spool size. Finally, they choose a sub-motor type stranding machine. The advantage of this type of stranding machine as follows.
2.1. Compared with the traditional frame winch, the efficiency is increased by 30%.
2.2. The overall welding of the twisted cage has high precision, stable transmission, and low noise.
2.3. Each cage is driven by a separate motor, and the cages, haul-off, and traversing can operate independently, or can be freely combined and linked.
2.4. The cage is driven by a variable frequency motor through an independent gearbox. The transmission ratio is large, which can reduce the driving power of the motor and effectively achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
3. The LAN cable Back Twisting Machine for CAT 6 cable and CAT 7 cable are different. If only needs to produce CAT 5 and CAT 6 LAN cable, the Vertical Type Back Twisting Machine is suitable. For CAT 7 LAN cable, however, requires a Horizontal Type Back Twisting Machine. The customer told us seldom use CAT 7 cables in Brazil now, then they can choose a vertical type machine for saving cost and space.
