The Hot Dip Tinning Machine can continuously tin copper wires with diameter ranging from 0.2mm to 0.5 mm. To meet the customer’s specific needs, the machine is designed to tin 16 wires at once, making it suitable for multi-wire drawing machine. Its special feature is the double-pot tinning bath, with each pot independently controlled, which provides greater flexibility and supports a wider wire diameter range than standard systems. This machine consists of 630 pay-off, double-pot tinning bath, haul-off unit, wire break detector, and 630 take-up. Before shipment, it is important to check whether the coordination between all components was functioning properly.

Hot Dip Tinning Machine is used to improve the conductivity, corrosion resistance, and solderability of copper wires, making them suitable for electrical cables, multi-strand wires, and electronic components. During operation, it is important to maintain proper wire diameter, stable tin bath temperature, and uniform wire tension.
