2: Storage Method:
(1)Improve the coating density through increase the thickness of silver layer, which can slow down the silver layer color change time.
Although the cost has increased, discolored bad products reduced a lot. The production cost also will be saved from the high product quality.
(2)If conditions permit, the silver plated copper wire can be stored in a constant temperature within the range of 10℃ to 25℃,
dry and light-proof environment, so as to avoid accelerated discoloration of the silver layer caused by light and moisture in the air.
(3)During the production process, workers should wear gloves as much as possible to avoid direct contact with the silver-plated copper wire by human body.
The production equipment should check the mold finish at any time to avoid scratching the silver-plated layer,
and the inside of the equipment should be kept clean to reduce the influence of oil or stains on the discoloration of silver plated copper wire.
(4) the semi-finished silver plated copper wire shall be packaged completely with soft, environment-friendly, halogen free materials,
so as to isolate the air and avoid the discoloration of the silver layer caused by harmful substances in the air.

Usually sliver plated 0.50-3.0mm copper wire, then drawing to smaller size.
