1.Precautions for operation

1.1 Preparation:

1.1.1 Check whether the oil is correct, whether the oil in the oil tank meets the requirements, whether all parts of the machine are clean, and pay special attention to whether the proximity switch is clean.

1.1.2 Confirm the three-phase power supply, voltage 380V, 50HZ or customized.

1.1.3 Whether the power cord is broken.

1.1.4 Whether the ground wire is properly grounded.

1.1.5 Whether the type of wire drawing oil is correct, whether it has deteriorated, and whether it is polluted.

1.1.6 Whether the diameter of the incoming wire is qualified, and whether the material is the required batch.

1.1.7 Whether the specifications of the take-up shaft are correct, whether there are burrs, etc., and the balance correction should meet the JIS 6 standard.

1.1.8 Whether the take-up reel is tightened with a wrench.

1.1.9 Whether the trolley is far away from the iron shaft.

1.1.10 Whether the supply of copper wire to the pay-off part is smooth.

1.1.11 Whether the surroundings of the machine are clean and free of dirt.

1.1.12 Check whether the Wire Making Machine has oil leakage, water leakage, etc.

1.1.13 Check whether the arrangement of the eye models is reasonable and whether the placement is correct. (Calculation of area reduction rate)

1.1.14 The width of the traversing is adjusted approximately within the width of the take-up reel.

1.1.15 Whether the cooling fan of the electric control box is operating normally.

1.1.16 Whether the foundation of the machine is stable.

1.1.17 Whether the spray pipe hole is blocked by dirt

 

1.2. Operation steps and precautions:

1.2.1 Turn on the no-fuse switch. The cooling fan begin to work.

1.2.2 Turn on the power switch,start to threading and drawing.

1.2.3 Pedal switch to threading ,after threading several dies,turn on the lubrication valve,capstans and dies will immerse in the lubrication.

1.2.4 Traction line in the end by the guide wheel, wire branching wheel, tension rod, wire round after round to winding coil, wrapped, have closed stainless steel door, open the drawing oil valve

1.2.5 According to the production line diameter setting and linear velocity and meter feet length→Reset meter→Adjust the tension arm to the horizontal position, press the start button switch, began to normal wire drawing.

1.2.6 Adjusting the width of traversing according to traversing width of bobbin.check the valve is on.

1.2.7 When the wire break or something wrong is happened, the Wire Making Machine will stop automatically.start the machine again.

1.2.8 If emergencies happened,press red emergency button.the machine will stop.

1.2.9 Stop:

A:while stopping the machine,the supply of lubrication must be keep.

B:after pressed the stop button,the machine will stop running within 30s  .

C:just press start button,the machine will run again.

1.2.10 Note: after wire break and not to start, do not press the meter reset button, or full spool can’t automatic stop.

2.Common faults and solutions in the production process

Malfunction Reason analysis Elimination
Wire Making Machine can’t work 1.The power switch is off

2.No reset when machine stop for wire break and length break

1.Turn on power switch

2.Press WB reset or L reset

3.Turn off the emergency button

1.According to parameter on the inverter screen

and manual of the inverter, solve it.

2.Turn off the power switch, restart after 60s

Wire break frequently 1.Wrong dies arrangement

2.Too high speed

3.Bad raw material

4.Metamorphic lubrication

5.Burrs on the bobbin

6.Pay-off is not smooth

7.Too high pay-off speed

8.Sticky wire on capstan

1.Arrange die according to machine slip ratio.

2.Slowdown

3.Change raw material

4.Change lubrication

5.Use ethanol and sand paper to clean the bobbin

6.Adjust the position of pay-off stand

7.Enlarge inlet diameter or slowdown

8.Clean capstan by alcohol

Wire break at certain position 1.Wrong slip ratio

2.Wrong die size

3.The dies and guide wheel are not in the same line

1.Arrange die according to machine slip ratio

2.Repair or change die

3.Change the position of dies

Tension not stable 1. Not enough counterweight

2. The fix speed wheel does not rotate flexibly

3. The precision resistor is displaced or damaged

4. PID rise time is too long

5. The parameters are not set properly

1. Adjust the counterweight and change the number of turns of the thread on the haul-off reel

2. Replace the wheel

3. Adjust the precision resistor or replace the precision resistor

4. Add FH15 parameters

5. Reset the parameters

Traversing not good 1. The width of the traversing is not adjusted properly

2. The limit switch is in poor contact

3. The cable guide wheel is damaged

4. The wire traversing is in a wavy shape

1. Adjust the traversing width

2. Replace the limit switch

3. Replace the guide wheel

4. Check the  traversing guide wheel and  traversing motor

Traversing motor does not turn 1. The Traversing motor is damaged

2. The contact of the Traversing circuit is loosened

3. The starting capacitor of the Traversing is damaged

4. The Traversing start resistor is damaged

1. Replace the traversing motor

2. Check the traversing circuit

3. Replace the capacitor

4. Replace the starting resistor

Outlet Wire scratches 1. The wire guide wheel is not good

2. The position of the eye mold and the groove of the capstan is not accurate

3. Grooving of capstan or guide wheel

4. Eye mold wear

1. Replace the guide wheel

Adjust the center of the eye mold and the groove of the capstan on the same line

3. Replace capstan and guide wheel

4. Replace the eye mold

Brakes not working 1. No braking when disconnected

2. Emergency stop without braking

3. Disconnection, emergency stop without braking

1. Shift the precision resistor, readjust the precision resistor, check the disconnection detection switch

2. The emergency stop switch is damaged or in poor contact; check the F3 fuse

3. Check whether the F3 fuse, bridge pile and brake are damaged

Scratches on the outlet 1. Scratch at the exit eye mold

2. Scratch outside the exit eye mold

3. The problem of drawing fluid

1. Check whether the mold is worn

2. Check whether the haul-off wheel, guide wheel, and each wheel are worn

3. Replace the wire drawing fluid
