4. Machine Characteristic:
(1) The body of the calendar is welded and formed by Q235. It is annealed to eliminate internal stress and has no deformation.
(2) The tinning machine can automatically track the production speed of the rolling mill and perform tin plating at the same time as flattening. The finished product outlet is equipped with a laser inspection set to automatically control the last two rolling mills.
(3) 1000W servo motor is used as the wire traversing power, and the gearbox drives the ball screw to control the movement of the wire traverse pole. The precision slide rail is assembled in parallel, and the response is sensitive. The 4 sliders support the traversing stable and can be used. Ensure good traversing quality.
