After months of design, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning, our 120 Silicone Extrusion Line has been successfully completed and is now ready for shipment to our customer. The entire production line has undergone final inspection and performance testing to ensure reliable operation and stable production before delivery.
This 120 Silicone Extruder Production Line is specially designed for silicone rubber insulated wire and cable production, featuring high precision, stable operation, and efficient continuous production. The main extruder is equipped with a Φ120mm screw. With a maximum output capacity of 240kg/h, it ensures precise control of extrusion speed, temperature, and production parameters, delivering stable and efficient silicone extrusion performance.
With advanced temperature control, online diameter measurement, automatic tension regulation, and stable vulcanization performance, this production line provides an efficient solution for manufacturing high-quality silicone cables.
After final testing and adjustment, the 120 Silicone Extruder Line will be carefully packed and shipped to our customer. We look forward to our customer receiving the equipment soon and putting it into operation to achieve efficient production.
