The 1250 Double Twist Bunching Machine is designed for stranding soft copper wire, aluminum wire, and insulated wire. This machine is suitable for 7 core and 19 core stranding applications. It can handle a stranding area of 10–50 mm², with a twisting pitch range of 40–200 mm.
The main rotating body of the 1250 Double Twist Bunching Machine is driven by a 45 kW Siemens motor and Siemens inverter. The rotating body has been dynamically balanced at 800 rpm, while the main shaft is annealed and stress-relieved to help reduce deformation during long-term operation.
After the final packaging, the 1250 Double Twist Bunching Machine will be ready for shipment. We look forward to delivering reliable stranding equipment to support our customer’s wire and cable production.
