This machine is used for drawing copper wire diameter from 0.19 to 0.3mm.The take-up part adopts the top cone type fixed spool, and the spool can be tightened with a wrench. Below the shaft, there are up and down reel trolleys and ramp boards for up and down spools. Fully enclosed safety cover, with transparent acrylic window, to observe the coiling and wiring conditions.
2.We also shipped the Hot Dip Tinning Machine to India.
Hot dip tinning machine can continuously tinning the copper wire. Before copper wire enter into tinning tank, it will pass the auxiliary tank. The surface of the copper wire is cleaned to ensure that the tin layer and the copper wire have good adhesion.The hot dip tinning machine uses dies to pare off the excess tin after furnace is heated. This can improve electrical conductivity, which is essential for wire production.
