This Rewinding machine can be used separately or together with the Stranding machine, winding cable diameter from 7mm to 50mm. And is suitable for cable reels PN1000-PN1600, the maximum load capacity of this machine is 4 tons. This Machine is composed of a pay-off, take-up, and wire traversing stand. Compare to the former design, the new technology machine does not need to dig the floor to make the foundation, only fixed with screws are enough. So it is easier to do the installation job.
Other advantages of this rewinding machine are as follows.
1. Pay-off tension is controlled by Magnetic powder, which is more stable.
2. The opening and closing of the two columns are respectively driven by a reducer, which can make the left and right columns open and close laterally, adapt to the large width of the reel, the clamping force of the reel is adjustable, and the overload can be protected automatically.
3. The wire traversing mechanism uses a microcomputer to control it, and the traversing width can be adjusted; the rolling rod is equipped with a reversing device, and the spacing of the reversing device can be arbitrarily adjusted from 475mm—1500mm according to the width of the reel.
