This time Indian customer repurchased 5 sets of Fine Wire Drawing Machine, and 1 set of Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine.These machines are mainly used for tinning plating copper wire.Mentors has a long-standing partnership with this customer from India. These drawing machines use zirconia tower capstan and bakelite guide wheel to prevent chafing wire surface.They also use the same annealing design as multi wire drawing machine, which can ensure the copper wire surface better smoothness and elongation.Even machine run in high speed, cooling water can flow out from bottom hole smoothly.Heavily water flow will ensure better cooling effect and keep shiny surface.Annealing door’s raw material is Aluminum alloy with oxidation treatment, which can support long life 5~8 years.
Fine Wire Drawing Machine with automatic spool changing dual spool take-up,which also has continuous annealer, can achieve continuously production.It use zirconia tower capstan and bakelite guide wheel to prevent chafing wire surface.This machine can drawing wires from 0.5-1.2mm to 0.15-0.35mm.The max drawing line speed can reach 1800m/min.It has automatic traversing for take-up, the traversing distance can keep same when wire drawing machine’s speed is changed. Preset the bobbin size, then take-up can keep precision width, no need to adjust it by hand, which can improve production efficiency.
Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine with Annealing is used for drawing and annealing copper wire and other alloy wire from 2.6-3mm to 0.4-2mm.There is a separate touch screen at the cable take-up for easy operation.Between the gearbox and drawing section, there is a special seal system to prevent oil leakage and mixing.Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine is equipped with a external gear oil pump.Several advantages of external gear oil pump are as follow.The pressure of the oil pump is large, whether the machine is running at high speed or low speed, the gear and shaft can be fully lubricated.It is easy to maintain, if lack of oil, the machine will alarm.Install oil filter to reduce oil blockage and extend the service life of oil.
