Fine Wire Drawing Machine with Annealing is mainly used for drawing wires from 0.8-1.6 to 0.16-0.5mm. This machine has been customized in many details according to the customer’s requirements. The changes are as follows:
1.The capstan used in the machine is zirconium oxide capstan, the finished silver plating wire or nickel plating wire will hasa smoothly surface compared to the normal ceramic.
2.The inlet water collection tank is enlarged, and there are 7 wire inlet holes to prevent the input wire surface been scratched when use less dies.
3.There are two take-up shafts to meet different bobbin.
760 Rewinding Machine is mainly used to rewind the stranded wire 1~10 square mm from 400-630 bobbin to 400-760 bobbin. The tension control of this machine is pneumatic type and traversing is servo type . A wire breakage detection device is installed between two guide wheels. The machine will stop immediately in case of wire breakage.
Normally, a 300 Buncher Machine is designed for 300mm spool. However, at the customer’s special request, we customized the machine which is suitable for 315mm spool. The machine uses a UPS electrical stranding mode, so if there’s a sudden power failure, it still keeps tension to help prevent the wire from breaking.
