Last month, our engineer went to the customer’s factory to carry out the installation support, commissioning, and operational training for a newly supplied Electroplating Tinning Machine. This machine is used for plating on copper wire 1.2-2.6mm with max speed 120m/min, and tinned copper wire will be collected by a drop coiler. The commission ensured a smooth startup and successful integration of the equipment into the customer’s production line. To help the customer achieve optimal production efficiency from the very beginning, our engineer conducted a comprehensive on-site commissioning process.
During the visit, all mechanical, electrical, and control systems were thoroughly inspected and tested. Key production parameters, including line speed, tension control, and plating process settings, were carefully adjusted according to the customer’s production requirements. Through detailed optimization, this Electroplating Tinning Machine achieved stable operation and consistent plating quality.
In addition to equipment commissioning, our engineer provided practical training for the customer’s operators and maintenance personnel. The training covered machine operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting procedures, and safety guidelines, enabling the customer’s team to confidently operate and maintain the equipment independently.
