3. Advantage:
(1) The wrapping main machine is suitable for tower-type wrapping tape, the wrapping length can reach several kilometers, no need to change the wrapping tape in the middle, less wrapping wire joints, and less labor demand.
(2) The tension of the automatic tension control system is automatically tracked by PLC, no manual adjustment is required, and the tension is stable and accurate.
(3) The main shaft of the wrapping machine: 40Cr material, after grinding, high-frequency quenching and tempering treatment, strong and wear-resistant, high-speed operation and no deformation under heavy pressure; with Swiss imported SKF bearings, there is no resistance when the machine is running at high speed, no friction, and This improves the tension accuracy of the taping head, the service life of the main shaft and bearings, and the warranty of the main shaft and main shaft bearings of the whole machine is two years.
(4) Fixing of inlet and outlet wires: Before the conductor enters the taping head, there is an inlet wire die to fix the conductor or core wire. After the tape is wrapped, an outlet wire die is added to fix the core wire, so as to eliminate the influence of core wire vibration on the wrapping tension.
(5) Touch screen monitoring: online real-time monitoring of the machine line speed, tape pitch, tape usage, turntable speed, take-up meters, tape tension, fault points, etc. All start-up parameters can be recorded for easy monitoring.
(6) Intelligent alarm: the machine will automatically alarm when the wire is broken/tape is broken/the tape is used up/the length is set/machine failure is completed, and it can be set whether to stop the machine if a failure occurs. Intelligent monitoring can realize on-site unmanned management.
(7) The equipment has parameter upload and download functions, which is convenient for new employees to quickly master operating skills and avoid technical losses caused by the loss of old employees.
